Description

RUT for single Figma prototype focused on Checkout flow. Data will be pre-filled. Goal is to see if the guest customer can edit information in one of the closed sections and still move ahead without any blocks.

Current site is perceived to have many required fields which may be causing a low conversion rate.

How did you become aware of the problem?

Watching Decibel Insights

Analytics reveals a lower conversion rate for B2C using this flow: 25-35% now, hope to increase to 40-45% conversion

Who is affected (customer, associate)?

B2C guest checkout

What is the value to the business and/or customers?

Better usability for customer; more conversions and higher revenue for business.
