What is the problem?

We want to enable guest checkout on Ferguson.com. To do that, there are a lot of considerations that need to be made. This project is also on a VERY short timeline and we recognize we aren’t going to be able to do everything exactly the way we want.

How did you become aware of the problem?

Clayton, Ashley, Joe, and Mia are primarily working on this. DXT UX is giving direction when asked.

Anonymous guests on ferguson.com

What is the value to the business and/or customers?

Being able to checkout on Ferguson.com without creating an account.

Ideal outcome

A fully fleshed out B2C experience on Ferguson.com

Mia is working on designing mockups for the general site, including PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout, and mobile

Drew has provided mockups to jumpstart from, restructured the mockups to be easily updated, and given guidance on how to adhere to guidelines.

Drew has been asked to consider messaging on Cart when the quantity exceeds store inventory for a pickup order.
