Discovery | We need to understand how customers want to search. What exactly are they looking for: the person who ordered it, product name, product description, total order value, product cost, other? Based on previous customer research, the ability to check order history on any device has good UX value. Being able to access Order History and find details efficiently has the potential to increase conversions, because customers will attempt to find a product they previously purchased and reorder it.
NOTE: the UXR team does not currently have capacity to do this discovery work. - 7/7/20
