What is the problem?
Official Problem Statement was not provided. There is no guest experience on the Ferguson App today, and Ferguson wants to sunset the SKU App.
How did you become aware of the problem?
Kickoff meeting with Billy, Tara, and Matt Hawley.
Who is affected (customer, associate)?
Guest customers who don’t have an account yet.
Also, Ferguson Customers who just went through the (soon to be built) app registration process and still want to access the app while they wait for their account to be created.
What is the value to the business and/or customers?
Allow guests and also soon-to-be Ferguson users to access the app without an account.
