Purposeย
This document outlines the key processes and policies forย Printingย requests from ROSS.ย ย ย
Importantย Noteย โย This only applies for the following types of requests:ย
- Gloss or Matteย
- Spiral Coil Binding
- Electronic Cutting (ex: business cards, invitations) This applies to custom cuts for spine/sides of binder insertsย
- Multi page color documentsย ย
- Hole Punching
- Larger Project Consultationย
Policies and Proceduresย
Give at least 3 weeks heads up for larger requests, for small requests 2 weeks.
Process
- Fill out a "Print Request Form" found at the ROSS Print Center Counter
- Speak to representative available about adding your request
- Have visual files rendered into JPEGs or PDFS
- Submit Via Flash Drive or
- Email the employee's Ferguson email with your zipped files
- Check back on day agreed on the Form filled out.
- If any changes need to be made or modified they will reach out to your contact information
- Most times before due date you can check in on your projects visuals
Expected Turnaround Time
Depends on the project and it's level of intricacy. Typical window is 2 days - 2 weeks, depending on availability of stock, and amount of requests/projects the team currently hasย
Communication/Updates
All communicationย aboutย an issue should be within email or Microsoft teams.
Issues Out of Scope
If it is determined that your project requires a larger scale requirements than ROSS, they can provide they will make suggestions on where this job could be completed outside of Ferguson.
