Background Information

Once the Product Owner requests your help for a project and gives you a deep description of what needs to be done, do some research about information that already exists related to the project you’re working on.

Think about existing studies made by Laurie Brown, heatmaps, analytics data, etc. Even contact other teams that could have the same information.

Once you analyze that data you start to see patterns and more questions arise.
