    1. Create a reusable snippet that can be dynamically inserted on any of these pages.
  2. Identify
    1. All areas that have a print button
    2. How often that print button is used on a per page basis
    3. Who are the people clicking the buttons (browser, device, location, etc.)
  3. [Users] Identify who are customers that print
    1. Personas will be crucial here, so if they don't exist we will have to graft them in afterwards
    2. What are the user's needs and expectations for printing?
      1. Start identifying expectations based on typical ecommerce expectations
  4. [Context] Identify the context they are printing
    1. [Where and When] In the office, in their home, in a rush, as part of a process, etc.
    2. [How] Do they send to printer, save it as pdf, etc.
    3. What do they do with it after it has been printed (Is it shared with a coworker, stored in a file cabinet, etc.)
  5. [Tasks] Identify what tasks are they are performing
    1. Are they printing out an invoice, a product spec sheet, etc.
