  • We don't have an specific Usability Test but we have users complaining

  • Learned behaviour not intuitive - They don't look for it

  • My orders/quotes are strange? Where are my orders? They don't read the fine print

  • They don't use the Message Center / They use Email / No clear all or mark all as read

    • Multiple repetitive and unorganized ways of showing things

  • Dropdown is the same as the left column

  • Nothing in the right rail, not even the Spend Snapshot, only when Laurie points them to that
