New Account Email: Lead Confirmation
When the user submits theย New Account Registrationย form, an email with the information is sent toย lead@ferguson.com to direct to Specific Branch based on Type of Business and Zip Code:
To:ย lead@ferguson.com Form Name: New Customer Registration |
If the user selects more than one Type of Business, separate them using a semicolon.
If the system can't verify ZIP or Type of Business, the email will be triggered toย customer.support@ferguson.comโ so they can contact the Branch manually.
Here is an example of the format they use for the emails they got from the Contact Us form, and forwardย to a Specific Branch using the Add-On in Outlook (Text Format):
