Online Access Email: Credit AP Admin Email

When a user request Online Bill Pay Access, CSR will create the User Account for Ferguson.com and will give them access to pay bills online. An email will be triggered to Credit billtrust.files@ferguson.com to inform them who is the AP Admin for that Company:

* First Person in the Organization gets the AP Admin, other users will request it using the AP admin account settings.
**When AP Admin use Dashboard to Give OLBP access to another user, ACMC WON'T trigger the email to Credit (Bill Trust)
