Deactivate each connection in both Jira and ServiceNow

Turn off all Triggers in both Jira and ServiceNow

Lock down ability to create Changes in Jira.

In the Create transition change the User Validator

Groups: - Update from “Change Training” to “administrators:

Error message:* Update from “You must take the Jira Change training and be added to the Change Training group in order to have permissions to create a Change. IT10071E - Jira Change Management is available in Workday.” to “Creating Changes in Jira is temporarily disabled. Changes should be created in ServiceNow.”

Update

Move ServiceNow Update Sets to Prod

Update sets have captured configuration info. Move them to Prod

Rename Exalate account

Exalate Integration becomes Scriptrunner.
