Local Messaging

Local messaging refers to certain system-generated or user-generated messaging that apply to specific elements on a page. 

These are the specifications for a Local message:

• Uses text, usually preceded with an indicator icon to communicate its severity,
• Is typically located 4px directly beneath the element it's referring to,
• It usually spans the full width of its corresponding element but could span farther if space needs required it.
• Icons are typically 16 x 16 px. Icons
• Text is typically Dark Regular X-Small by default. Typography
