DXT priority during bad weather isย first and foremost the guaranteed safety of the team member. If the weather in your area is bad and you don't feel safe commuting to HQ, you have the option to work remote.
Checking for closures and delays
Official office closures and delays will be communicated in email and on Pipeline. Once verified, we should make an effort to share in the DXT Group chat for anyone that may not have access to either of those sources.
Team members directly impacted by closure or delay
When there is a closure or delay - if you are able to safely work remote,ย it is expected that you work remote.ย If there are meetings and they have not been canceled, you are responsible for verifying they are canceled before not attending.
Team members not directly impacted by closure or delay
Those working in a location not impacted by closures or delays should treat it as business as usual.ย If there are meetings and they have not been canceled, you are responsible for verifying they are canceled before not attending.
