Problem Statement

For non-business customers (‘homeowners’)seeking to purchase from Ferguson.com, there is no pathing during the registration process that correctly routes a homeowner to Fergusonshowrooms.com. This leads homeowner registration requests to be erroneously sent to Ferguson Branches, delaying the homeowner in making purchases and adding to Branch Associate workload.

Caveat: The solution must be handled via WCS.
