Head of Design



Design Ops Manager

  • Create efficiencies for the team by constantly measuring team throughput and eliminating obstacles that impact how the team works 

UX Researchers

  • Conduct various research methods to understand the customer and objective to inform the problem and solution

  • Validate solutions through user testing

Product (UI/UX) Designers

  • Create solutions that solve user problems that are supported by research

  • Identify test opportunities to remove assumptions from the final solution

Content (Visual) Designers

  • Create assets that support the UI

Pre-Design

Product Managers will document any information they have for discovery on the Discovery Landing Page and provide the Discovery Objectives in the Discovery Kickoff Email. 

Discovery Kickoff

Questions for Kickoff:

  • What is the Objective?

    • Why is this the Objective

    • What user problem could we solve in this Objective

    • What research and insights exist for this Objective

  • How do we measure success?

  • What is the scope of work?

  • What is the deadline?

This will hold documentation of the features including relevant research to support design decisions.  Final docs created in Projects should be copied over or linked to in this area.
