User is getting an error when trying to login to the Atlassian suite.

This usually indicates an issue with SSO or the method of login as this is not an Atlassian error.

Usually indicates wrong email address.

Things to try:

  1. Make sure you are using your primary email address to login

  2. Use Chrome as your browser

  3. Clear cache and cookies

  4. Try to log in using incognito mode in Chrome

  5. Try to login to id.atlassian.com with your email address and then navigate to the instance

  6. DO NOT use any other login methods
