Problem Statement After the implementation of the New Registration, we still have some problems with pathing for New Ferguson Customers (Online Leads) For non-business customers (‘homeowners’)seeking to purchase from Ferguson.com , there is no pathing during the registration process that correctly routes a homeowner to Fergusonshowrooms.com . This leads homeowner registration requests to be erroneously sent to Ferguson Branches, delaying the homeowner in making purchases and adding to Branch Associate workload.
