Error Accessing Confluence Page

Problem:

You followed a provided link to a Confluence page but are unable to see the page. You get an error that something has gone wrong. It may look like this:

Steps to Resolve:

1. Check that you are logged in.
2. Look at the bottom left corner of the screen. If it looks like a door with an arrow pointing to a 3 sided box, you are not logged in.

4. Click on the arrow icon to login to Confluence.
