  4. Do you get an email if the issue is shared with you manually?

    1. Open the issue view of the request.

    2. Click the share icon ().

    3. Enter who you want to share the issue with and a message to send them.

    4. Click Send.

  5. Are you getting any other notifications from Jira?

    1. Example - from a different project or a different event like issue commented or @mentions.

      1. If so, please submit a support request with the ticket number that for which you are NOT receiving notifications.

  6. Is your Atlassian account set up to receive notifications?

After checking all of the above and you are receiving NO notifications from Jira then you then we will need to have an Exchange admin verify if there is any mail coming to this account from jira@fergusonprod.atlassian.net so we can confirm we are not blocking the emails.6.
