Change the space name and logo
Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.
Select Space Settings from the sidebar.
Select Space details from the Manage space card.
To edit the space name:
Select Edit Space Details and type in a new name.
Select Save.
To edit the space logo:
Select Edit to the right of the Space Logo.
Upload your own logo or select Gallery to choose from existing illustrations.
Select Save.

Edit the space sidebar
You can determine which items display in the sidebar. You can do this for overview, blog, and any apps, such as questions or calendars.
Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.
Select Space Settings from the sidebar.
Select Edit sidebar from the Manage space card.
Choose what appears in your sidebar.

The capabilities and cards available in Space settings depend on your permissions. Sidebar editing is only available to product and space administrators, along with permissions, look and feel, archiving, and deleting a space. |
Space shortcuts
Shortcuts are helpful or important pages that members of a space might need to get to often. These shortcuts are added and organized by the space administrator.

Space admins can link to pages in the space, other related spaces, or relevant external web content as well as reorder the shortcuts as needed.
Apply a theme to a space
Themes are used to change the appearance of your space. Confluence comes with a default theme, but your Confluence Administrator can download and install other themes from The Atlassian Marketplace.
Once a theme is installed, it can be applied to the whole site, or just to individual spaces.
To apply a theme to a space:
Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.
Select Space Settings from the sidebar.
Select Themes from the Look and feel card.
You'll need space admin permission to do this.Choose a theme option.
Select Confirm.
What's the global look and feel?
Global look and feel refers to a theme that's applied at the site level, and applies to all newly created spaces. Changes made to the global look and feel will flow through to all spaces that inherit it.
If a space has its own theme applied, it won't inherit changes from the global look and feel. To go back to inheriting the global look and feel, select Global look and feel from the Themes tab.
