Problem:
- You have been added to a group but you still can't access the Confluence Space.
- You have been added to Jira but can't see something you should.
Steps to Resolve:
- Check that you are logged in.
- Look at the top right of the screen. If it looks like a door with an arrow pointing to a 3 sided box, you are not logged in.
- Click on the arrow icon to login to Jira or Confluence.

While Confluence and Jira share the same Atlassian account, you are given access separately for each so will have to log in to Confluence, even if you were already logged into Jira. |
